I have had to use a STAP voucher on 2 different occasions. Once for myself and recently for my daughter. I was a wreck both times and Heather was so patient with me. Answered every question I had and sent a refund when I made the wrong purchase and also asked questions to ensure I was clear. I will certainly use her services when its time again

I learned about the STAP voucher in 2017 and received mine in Spring 2018 to help purchase my very first iPhone. I became eligible and just used my second voucher to purchase an iPhone 15. Heather was awesome both times. She answered all my questions and was flexible with my payment methods. I'll be shopping with her in 2028!
The process was easy-peasy! I selected the phone I wanted, submitted the STAP voucher, and made my payment. my phone was shipped to me and I received it in a timely manner. I have been using it ever cents.
