Steps to Place My Order - modified process as of 4/9/2026
Start on the Texas Adaptive Communication Devices home page:
- Click "I have a voucher"
- Click on the category listed on your voucher
- Select your product.
- On the individual product page, choose your voucher category from the Voucher-value drop-down box.
- You will see the price decrease when you change this box from "I do not have a voucher"
- to "Two-way Texting Device" (or the Equipment Category listed on your voucher).

- This change is the reduction in cost when the voucher pays a portion of this product.
- The amount remaining is YOUR COST.
- You will see the price decrease when you change this box from "I do not have a voucher"
- Click "Add to the Cart"
- Click "Check Out"
- Enter your email.
- Choose your payment option.
- Click "Pay Now" to submit your order.
- Once we receive your order, we will mail an invoice to you with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- When you receive the mail from us:
- SIGN the invoice from us
- SIGN your blue voucher
- Mail both items back to us
- Once we received the ink-signed voucher and ink-signed invoice, we will have the device shipped directly to you from our retail partner.
- You will receive an email confirming your item is on the way. This will include an estimated date of arrival.
- When your items is given to the carrier for delivery, we will receive an email with the tracking number. You will receive an email from us with tracking information.
