Returns

Per STAP policy, you can return your UNUSED device for 30 days. For a return to be accepted, you need have all the packaging. The item will need to be reset and locations services turned.

To return the item, we need to be notified so we can provide a return label from our retail partner. Your funds will be returned once the retail partner processes the return and notifies us that it is in like new condition.
