I have had to use a STAP voucher on 2 different occasions. Once for myself and recently for my daughter. I was a wreck both times and Heather was so patient with me. I learned about the STAP voucher in 2017 and received mine in Spring 2018 to help purchase my very first iPhone. I became eligible and just used my second voucher to purchase an iPhone 15.
