Unfortunately, HHSC STAP has decided to stop accepting digital/electronic signatures on the invoice and voucher as proof of delivery.

We are mailing a copy of your STAP voucher + invoice for you to sign with a pen in person, and return to us in a stamped envelope we are including.

Please watch for this envelope to arrive, then sign and return it to us immediately.
