Steps to Applying for a Voucher

Start on the Texas Adaptive Communication Devices home page:

1. Click "I need a voucher"
2. Click on the category of your impairment.
3. Print the application.
4. Fill out pages 1-3 yourself.
5. Get someone to certify your disability on page 4.
6. Mail it to the address listed at the bottom of Page 1.
