Delivery Options

• Free shipping is available by drop shipping. This means we collect the STAP documents by mail from you, then we have the item shipped directly to you from our retail partners.
  
• We can ship to any address you provide at check out.
• We will provide the tracking info when it is shipped out by our retail partner (Apple, Best Buy, EyeTech, etc). Often the item is delivered from a local store in 1-2 days by courier.

Not Preferred: Paid shipping option with USPS Restricted Signature Delivery and insurance - starts at $35+:

• If you do not want to pre-sign your invoice + voucher, you can mail the voucher to us unsigned.
• We will have the product mailed to us by our retail partners.
• Then we package it with filled out documents and ship it to you by USPS Restricted Signature Delivery with Insurance.
  
  • Restricted Signature Delivery means only the person(s) whose name is listed on the voucher can sign for the item when the postal worker comes to your house. 
    • If you are not home, you have to go to the Post Office with your ID to pick up the package and sign for it.
  • Insurance is based on the value of the item, so the higher the value of your device, the more the insurance costs. Since we have experienced USPS lossing lots of our packaged, we have to fully insure the items, so we can file an insurance claim and also send you a replacement. 
• We can only ship to the address on the voucher. If you have moved, you would need to update your address with HHSC STAP by providing them new proof of your residency, and then send us the new voucher.
• Then we wait for USPS to return the signature card you have signed, which is also something that gets lost in the mail often.

Not available: In person pick up:

• From 2011-2025, we lived in the Houston area and were able to do deliveries and pickups in that area.
• In May 2025, we moved to Colorado Springs and continue to serve all of Texas by mail order!
